For North America, it was released for Club Nintendo members on February 10, 2015 while in Europe it was released for My Nintendo members on March 31, 2016 provided that they registered an account between March 31-2016 and April 30, 2016.

Gameplay

Like the original game, players can draw artwork and create animations (flipnotes) by making multiple slides. The game featured an online service for sharing flipnotes, voting on flipnotes and posting comments.
