Akira Kinashi is a producer for Nintendo that mainly works on the Pokémon series. He joined in 2002 as Technical Support, mostly helping with the localization of the main Pokémon titles, and later becoming a coordinator. In 2020, he succeeded Hitoshi Yamagami's role in Nintendo EPD. managing the Pokémon, Kirby, Fire Emblem and Xenoblade series.
