Pokémon Rumble World is a Nintendo 3DS game in the Pokémon series, specifically the Pokémon Rumble sub-series.

Originally it was released as a freemium game with microtransactions for Poké Diamonds (an in-game currency) used for obtaining items, continuing playing after running out of HP, or for hot-air balloon rides. Later, a retail Nintendo 3DS Game Card version was released with all downloadable content included.

Gameplay

The game plays similar to past Pokémon Rumble games. The story this time features a king and a magician. The king wants the player to compete with the magician and catch Pokémon toys, lending his Pikachu as the starter Pokémon. The game features support for StreetPass and SpotPass. There are many areas and a variety of challenges. Special passwords can be redeemed for Pokémon and item rewards.
