The RVT-R Single Layer Discs (Nintendo Wii Software Development Discs) (©2006 Nintendo) are rewritable Wii discs for video game development, designed for use with a RVT-R Reader. They do not work on a retail Wii console. These discs were only available internally, nevertheless some of them have been sold online without permission of Nintendo.
