What's happening at Nintendo & NIWA October 16, 2015 - Nintendo of Europe have re-released eight Nintendo 3DS games as part of the Nintendo Selects line. September 30, 2015 - The Club Nintendo rewards program has been officially discontinued in Europe and Japan. September 25, 2015 - The Nintendo 3DS NFC Reader/Writer was released at retail in North America. September 14, 2015 - Nintendo have released a notice stating that Tatsumi Kimishima has been selected to be the company's newest CEO starting September 16, succeeding Satoru Iwata, as well as plans for an internal restructuring. August 31, 2015 - Nintendo have announced that the standard New Nintendo 3DS handheld will be released in North America, starting with a bundle with Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer.
