Yoshi is a Nintendo Entertainment System and Game Boy game which is part of the Yoshi series, and was developed by Game Freak (a developer now known for the Pokémon series). In Europe, it is known as Mario & Yoshi instead, and as Yoshi no Tamago (Yoshi's Egg) in Japan.
Gameplay
It is a puzzle game featuring Yoshi in which the player flips plates containing panels with Super Mario series enemies. The aim of the game is to match two enemies together to clear them and gain points. The game also features Yoshi egg halves which can be cleared with only the two pieces, or the player can sandwich other panels between them to clear all relevant panels and gain points.
