Brain Age (known as Brain Training in other regions) is a series of educational games released by Nintendo. Based on the work of Japanese neuroscientist Ryuta Kawashima, known for appearing as a polygonal version of himself in the games, the titles focus around activities designed to stimulate the brain and improve one's mental activity, which is gauged with an attribute known as a "Brain Age".
