Unused Mario Artist: Paint Studio support

The Game Boy Printer Color (Pocket Printer Color in Japan) was an unreleased successor to the Game Boy Printer, which would have connected to the Nintendo 64DD via Mario Artist: Paint Studio using the 64GB Cable and possibly an MBC4 GB Printer Cartridge.

Based on unused code in the game, it would have been a large improvement over the original Game Boy Printer, supporting a 320x240 RGBA5551 image like from a Nintendo 64.
