Lylat Wiki is an independent wiki with content focusing on Nintendo's Star Fox franchise, and a member of NIWA.
History
Lylat Wiki was originally created in August 2010. The wiki was originally set up by Neo and hosted by Grifkuba Gaming Services until it was moved to its own domain. However, ownership was later transferred to Tacopill as Neo was no longer able to pay hosting costs.
Lylat Wiki joined NIWA on October 2, 2010, as the seventh member wiki.
On October 19, 2010, after discussions between Neo and the staff of the Wikia-based Arwingpedia, it was announced that Arwingpedia would leave Wikia and merge its content with Lylat Wiki. The merger began on October 25, and, via Community Consensus, it was postponed on May 26, 2011.
