This game was also released for [[Nintendo 3DS]] [[Virtual Console]]. Other than the changes (including [[Restore Point]]s) introduced with the official emulator options, the Virtual Console releases of the game use a patched ROM that removes the [[Game Boy Printer]] option and removes fortune telling text referencing the multiplayer features, as they are not supported in this version.
