This card was sent out if the user won a game on the official Nick.com website as part of a contest to win the Kid's Choice Awards 2003 Game Boy Advance SP console variation. Once won it came packaged with an e-Reader and the card. The user could then play the e-Reader minigame to compete for the best high score amongst other people who won the package, in order to win another prize (VIP backstage access to the 2003 Kids Choice Awards).[4]
