Spinister Bowser is an e-Reader application for Mario Party-e and one of the Wonder Challenge Minigames.
It is similar to Lakitu's Luck, being very loosely a game and more of a roulette. It is based on Bowser rather than Lakitu, and most of the results have a negative effect on the player during the game.
