Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games is a Wii and Nintendo 3DS game in the Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games series.

Gameplay

The game is themed around the real world London 2012 Olympic Games, and gameplay involves a series of events similar to previous games. This includes football (soccer), badminton, and equestrian in addition to updated versions of the previous athletics, aquatics, and table tennis. The Wii version includes Mario and Sonic series-themed "Dream Events", while the Nintendo 3DS version includes a "Story Mode" where Mario and Sonic confront the villains.
