Warpstar, Inc. is a Intellectual Property Company. Formed in 2001, It is a Joint Venture Between HAL Laboratory and Nintendo, In which this Joint Venture Manages the Kirby IP. The Decision for the Company was to Mainly for the Kirby: Right Back at Ya! anime series. after the anime series ended, the company still exists and now works with license and supervision of the characters in games, merchandise and other media. Both HAL Laboratory and Nintendo Each own a 50% stake in Warpstar Inc.
