Warpstar Inc.

Warpstar, Inc. is an intellectual property company. Formed in 2001, It is a joint venture between HAL Laboratory and Nintendo. It is responsible for the Kirby IP, originally for the Kirby: Right Back at Ya! anime series. After the anime series ended, the company still exists and now works in licensing and supervision of the characters in games, merchandise and other media. Both HAL Laboratory and Nintendo each own a 50% stake in Warpstar Inc.
