Suzak Inc. is a Japanese video game developer. The company operates by entering into development contracts for other companies, including Nintendo. Under contract from Nintendo, they have most notably developed the F-Zero GP Legend spin-off games and Wario: Master of Disguise.

Suzak was initially founded in June of 2000 as a subsidiary of TYO Entertainment. In April 2009, TYO would have a management buyout, leading to Suzak becoming an independent third-party developer. However, in August 2012, Suzak, with a debt of over 700 million yen, filed for bankruptcy and was closed.
