An End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a common term for the legal contracts/documents provided to users for using software or other electronic medium including consoles. The End-User License Agreements are usually presented in a technical way, introducing terms and clarifying what they mean.

In regards to Nintendo, it is included as an agreement within consoles including the Wii, Wii U, Nintendo DSi, Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo Switch families of consoles (and possibly more), mobile devices, as well as via Nintendo's official websites. It may also be included in video game software itself, such as Pokémon Café Mix. The agreements also come in various different languages for each non-English language division of Nintendo.

In order to use the software/console, users must agree to the terms in the End-User License Agreement or by law they may not be allowed to use it/be subject to liability. Nintendo's approach on the End-User License Agreement includes subjects such as not cheating online, Nintendo's right to make updates/changes to software/firmware without prior notice, not making technical modifications to the system or making derivative works of software, as well as other violations of copyright.
