SNES Glider is a 3D tank driving/shooting tech demo for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System, similar to the released Game Boy video game X.
It was designed during the development of the Super FX Chip, which needed a game for it. Nintendo however rejected SNES Glider as the basis Starglider was not their intellectual property.[1]
