WiiConnect24 was a feature for Wii consoles connected to the Internet with Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection. The feature allowed the Wii to connect to the Internet while on a standby mode (signified by a yellow LED light) to receive new information related to games and Wii Channels such as the News Channel and Everybody Votes Channel.

The feature was first announced at E3 and later released on November 19, 2006. It was eventually discontinued on June 27, 2013 due to the termination of Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection. The service was succeeded by SpotPass.
