Waluigi's Reign is an e-Reader application for Mario Party-e and one of the Duel Challenge Minigames.
It features Waluigi throwing coins and hammers at the player. Two players take turns under a time limit to gather the most coins while avoiding the hammers. The turn is over if the player touches a hammer, or the time runs out.
