Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Minis March Again! is the third title in the Mario vs. Donkey Kong series of games, released over the DSiWare service in 2009. It is the first downloadable title in the series, a trend which several of the future games would also follow, and carries over much of its gameplay from Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: March of the Minis.

Story
After the success of the Super Mini Mario World theme park, Pauline and Mario have expanded their park, and have invited everyone to attend the grand opening. Donkey Kong is in line to attend the opening, but as soon as he reaches the front of the line he finds that the tickets have sold out. Enraged, Donkey Kong runs away with Pauline, leading to Mario giving chase alongside several Mini Mario toys to get her back.
Gameplay
Many aspects of the gameplay and features in this title are retained from the previous game, March of the Minis. The basic goal of the game remains the same: to guide the Mini Mario toys to the door at the end of the stage, though this time by altering various aspects of the stage, as the Mini Marios in this game lack the ability to jump or turn around. This game also features a life system; the player loses lives if a mini is destroyed, if they do not all make it into the door at the end of the stage, or if the timer runs out.
Each main world in the game consists of eight stages followed by a boss battle with Donkey Kong. Like with Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2, each stage in a floor contains a Mini-Mario Card, and by collecting all of them the player can unlock a special stage for that floor. Finally, by clearing all of the stages in the game, the player unlocks "Plus Mode", consisting of harder versions of the stages in the main game.
When starting up the game, the player can either choose to play as the owner, which lets them play the full game, or as a guest, which only lets them play select levels from the main game. This game also features the Construction Zone found in the previous game, which allows the player to create their own stages which can be shared online or locally.
