Gameplay
Players must guide their mini toys to the goal by changing the stage as they walk. In this game, however, players can scan the amiibo for any Mario character to use that toy in the game; for any other characters, the player instead controls a Mini Spek toy. With the exception of Mini Speks, each Mini toy has their own special abilities to help them clear stages, and access stages specific to that character.
